Colleges

The College of Education (The College International Education) primarily focuses on teaching education-related and foundational courses for open education and adult diploma education, while also advancing the university's international education initiatives. Since its establishment, the schoolcollege has actively engaged in teaching and research, as well as in related social training programs.

The college currently has 17 faculty members, including 16 full-time teachers and 1 teaching secretary. Among them, 4 hold doctoral degrees, 12 hold master's degrees, and 1 holds a bachelor's degree. The faculty includes 1 professor, 12 associate professors, and 4 lecturers. In addition, a team of over 50 part-time teachers greatly supports the college's teaching and research efforts. The academic disciplines offered cover Education, Mathematics, English, Physical Education, and others. While most programs are traditional teacher-training oriented, the faculty also teaches college English and Mathematics to students across the branches in the whole province.

In the area of industry-education integration, the college has established partnerships with multiple kindergartens in Sichuan Province, developing a mature model of "customized classes + workshops + practice bases."

In addition, tThe college places great emphasis on fostering faculty's international competencies and cross-cultural teaching and research skills. It is also committed to the development and open sharing of international curriculum resources. Drawing on the distinctive culture of the Bashu region (the ancient name for Sichuan and Chongqing), the college has developed Taste Sichuan, Tour Sichuan, a learning resource on Sichuan's food culture.
